The body, the breath and the mind take part in the same cycles that shape all of life. Yoga practice helps us notice these rhythms, respond consciously to change and cultivate the balance we need right now.

Choose Your Form of Practice

You can practice in a group or in a session built around your needs. Both formats start from the same perspective: the body, the breath and attention are seen together, through the dynamics of the five elements.

Yoga Classes

Group practice supported by the dynamics of the five elements.

Classes create a shared space for practice, where each participant can adapt the movement to their own level and possibilities. Sequences are built around an elemental theme and bring together posture, breath and attention.

    • Duration: 75–90 minutes
    • Suitable for all levels
    • Focus on posture, breath and attention
    • Variations and adaptations offered along the way
    • Elemental principles integrated into living practice

Private 1:1 Sessions

A practice tailored to your body, your experience and your goals.

A private session offers a space dedicated entirely to your needs. The practice can focus on mobility, stability, breathing, releasing tension, exploring a theme in depth or building a personal routine.

Depending on what you need, the session can include physical postures, breathing exercises, deep relaxation, meditation and recommendations for practice between sessions.

    • Available online or at the studio
    • Duration: 30, 60 or 90 minutes
    • Adapted to your level and possibilities
    • Recommendations for personal practice
