Plan the moment
A meeting, a study session, a practice or a pause. Before adding them to Apple Calendar, you can explore the context of the moment.
The intention is yours. Elemente gives you reference points for choosing the moment.
From information to experience
A reference point takes on meaning through the way you live it. In the Practice space, you explore the five elements through posture, breath and attention, with the help of guidance, images and music.
A common thread: the five elements
Elemente brings into digital form David Eliot’s perspective on the relationship between people and the rhythms of nature. The five elements are the common thread that links yoga, astrology and psychology.
The app offers reference points for observation and practice in everyday life. In the articles, these themes are explored at length.
Worth knowing
Who is Elemente for?
For those who want to explore the rhythms of nature and make room for observation and practice in everyday life. You do not need any knowledge of yoga or astrology; the app’s guide explains the terms used.
What does the app do, and what does it not do?
Elemente brings together the rhythms of the elements, the reference points of the Sun and Moon, biorhythms and practices of breath and attention. It offers a framework for observation and planning, without predictions, guarantees or medical advice.
What is it based on?
On the five-element model of Svara Yoga, on astronomical data and astrological interpretations of the Sun and Moon, and on a biorhythm model. The guide explains these perspectives and the role of each in the app.
When will it be available?
Elemente is being prepared for launch. If you would like to know when it becomes available, use the form at the end of the page.
